What’s the point of this Newsletter? Why should you, the average ‘dynasty degenerate’ with 10 different podcasts to listen to, patreon subscriptions to read and fantasy tools to use, spend your time reading it?
I’m writing this to chronicle the performance and ROI (return on investment) of my dynasty teams, and to keep a digital journal of my trades, thought process, and my decision making to (hopefully) make better decisions in my future dynasty leagues.
While I’m in 19 leagues, writing about that many leagues seems extreme, so I’m limiting myself to 4. Unfortunately for me, I picked my teams before the season, to get a mix of competitive and rebuilding teams, and I’ve gotten off to a slow start (I’m 0-3 in one league, 1-2 in two leagues, and 2-1 in the last one.)
I’m going to post the teams, trades, and provide some overall commentary on the next installment of the newsletter post week 3 MNF games ending so I can enter my record, scores, and other information. For now here’s what the spreadsheets will look like:
