DynoGM #5 Quick Update and Players I’m Buying
Tank Update in The Goat League:
I’ve officially moved up to the 1.01 in the Goat League (albeit by a small margin) even though Greeny was confident he had me covered. While it’s not over yet, things are looking good in terms of my potential PF going forward being low. My target share king Diontae is not helping out though as he scored his first TD since 2021 last night.
Overall Update:
Things are looking good for my teams in the Italian Mafia Dynasty and DynoBallers with Kyler returning and their PF being a decent bit above the league average. I am debating going all-in on IMD (Italian Mafia Dynasty) as I’m one of the highest-scoring teams on a per-week average. Still, DynoBallers and Fantasy Football 101 are being held back by Deshaun Watson’s poor performance. I’m hoping that can change this week as he’s trending toward playing and has a decent schedule coming up.
Players I’m Buying:
I wanted to start a new section that I can update semi-frequently letting you guys know who I like as buys in dynasty going forward. A lot of these stats, takes, and overall research I cannot take credit for, but I wanted to be more actionable and let you guys know what trades are happening, and which side I would take in each trade.
The first player I’m really liking going forward is Rashee Rice, as he’s flashed talent and has good efficiency on the season at 26% TPRR. He has also been increasing his route participation and in the past three weeks has been at 50%, 65%, and 60% according to Fantasy Life’s Utilization Tool. Below are some trades and I’ve highlighted the side of each trade I like.
The next player I wanted to talk about was Chris Olave. While I could give you the run down, JJ Zachariason broke down the Chris Olave bull-case pretty succinctly here:
While his 15 Transactions Newsletter and Episode are meant for redraft purposes, I think they still apply to Chris Olave who can be a cornerstone WR1 or 2 for your dynasty teams. Here are the trades I would make:
